Onstar does not work in front end crash

I have a 2018 chevy impala premier with 59000 miles on it. I got in to a front end crash and onstar did not work. Paid for my plan for 80 months. What a waste of money. All air bags deployed . I was told that happens in front end crashes onstar does not work. I was in the trauma center ta the hospital for days.

Has this happened to any one else?

I want my money back, I paid thousands for their service
